Sameer Moosa is a contributor for The Smoking Cuban. He has followed the NBA — and especially the Dallas Mavericks — since 2005, and this marks his second stint with the site. He has also written for multiple outlets, including Dallas Sports Nation, and launched his own Mavericks blog, MavsWeekly, in 2014. Sameer holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and has worked in corporate finance since graduating in 2019. Outside of writing, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching shows and movies, and competing on the basketball court.
