Zach Collins

“There have been projected top-10 picks for the Mavs in the past that had Zach Collins coming to the Mavs at 9. I think that would be a terrible mistake. I think Collins has potential and could be a great player. However, the Mavs already seem committed to Noel and it would be a shame to reduce his time on the floor to allow Collins to play. I also do not think to put Collins and Noel together on the court makes much sense to me either.” –Mihajlo Knezevic

“Markkanen will be a popular pick here, but I’m going with Collins. I do believe he can fit in the league despite the leaning towards small ball, but with a looming deal with Nerlens Noel, I’m not on board with Collins in Dallas. I want a player that has starting potential over the next year or two and Collins wouldn’t give that with Noel.” –Isaac Harris
