6. Oliver-Maxence Prospser
Oliver-Maxence Prosper will enter his second season in the NBA this season at 22 years old and desperately needs to have a better second season. Last season as a rookie, Prosper barely played.
Prosper played in 40 games but averaged under nine minutes per game. With under nine minutes per game played, Prosper averaged just three points per game. But, the potential is still there for Prosper.
Prosper scored a career-high 20 points in the Mavericks' loss to the Houston Rockets on December 22. But, Prosper did finish the regular season strong by scoring 16 points and 15 points in Dallas' final two regular season games. Prosper also went 40 percent (4-of-10) from three.

Second-year players can see the game, and understand the game better. Prosper has a chance to learn and turn into an x-factor coming off the bench next season. The Mavs need their young player to improve, and Prosper is a player that has the potential to do so.
