The Dallas Mavericks scored 38 in the first quarter and never looked back in their 122-113 win over the Golden State Warriors on March 3. The Dubs tied the game in the fourth, but a late surge secured the win for Luka Doncic and company. It was their three straight victory, which started with a wild comeback win over the Warriors in San Francisco.

Doncic was the star of the show on Thursday night as he had his sixth 40-point of the season. The 23-year-old superstar narrowly missed his tenth triple-double as he finished with 41 points, ten rebounds, nine assists, and two steals. Number 77 sank 15 of his 26 field goals as the Mavs outscored the Warriors by eight in his 40 minutes on the floor.

Luka was the star that proved impossible to guard again, but it was a total team effort for Dallas on March 3. The Mavericks had five players out because of injuries, but it did not matter. Six players scored in double figures, including Spencer Dinwiddie off the bench to lift Dallas to their 38th win of the season. Here is a closer look at the team’s performance.

Doncic was fresh off winning the Western Conference Player of the Month for February, and he picked up right where he left off. The 23-year-old had his jumper locked in on Thursday night at the American Airlines Center, and it made him unstoppable.

Luka drilled four 3-pointers as the Mavericks went 17 of 37 from deep in the win over the Warriors. Dallas also made 52.9 percent of their field goals on March 3 in the impressive victory.

Spencer Dinwiddie had 17 points and seven assists as he sparked the Mavs' late 18-9 run to secure the win. He made six of 11 field goals against the Warriors and proved again that he is a key piece of the Mavericks' success.

The Dallas Mavericks took three of four from the Golden State Warriors to secure the season series. They are back in action on Saturday evening as the Mavs host the Sacramento Kings. Luka Doncic and company will look for their fourth straight win in the 4:00 p.m. CT tipoff. Do not miss it.
