Dallas Mavericks GOAT Dirk Nowitzki was always going to be a first-ballot Hall of Famer. The 14-time All-Star was voted to the NBA 75 in 2022, and the selection was easy after 21 years of greatness in a Mavericks uniform plus years spent leading the German National Team.

The announcement of who was voted in will happen at this weekend’s NCAA Final Four in Houston. This year’s class will be inducted into the Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA on Aug. 11 and 12. Tickets for the event go on sale on April 1.

Dirk will be the seventh player to wear a Mavericks uniform to be inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. He joins Jason Kidd, Steve Nash, Tim Hardaway Sr., Dennis Rodman, Alex English, and Adrian Dantley.
