3. Brandon Miller

Last rank: 3

Despite remaining in the third spot in this week's rankings, Brandon Miller is torching anyone in front of him. That includes Chet Holmgren, and the gap between three and two has grown very slim. Expect Miller to rise if he continues to play this well.

Brandon Miller has been on a hot streak recently and it doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. The former second-overall pick, finally seems to be playing at his peak for his rookie season. Over his last ten games, he has averaged 23.8 points per game.

Miller has also become a factor in the Hornets winning three straight games before the All-Star break. After making multiple trade deadline moves, the Hornets are looking like a new team with their new additions. However, there seems to be a new number one for the Hornets after another devastating LaMelo Ball injury, that being Miller.

Miller has reached a new height over these last two weeks. In the Hornets' Wednesday night win over the Atlanta Hawks, Miller scored 26 points and scored nearly half of his 3-point attempts. For Hornets fans, this isn't anything new. Over the last month, Miller has continued to only get better.

Through February, Miller is averaging 23.5 points per game and is scoring the ball at an elite rate. He is draining the ball 42.9 percent of the time from behind the arc in February. The Hornets' next game will be against the Utah Jazz.
