Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic received some high praise from NBA veteran and Lakers forward Jared Dudley on the Lowe Post podcast. Find out more here.

The Dallas Mavericks won their second straight game on Wednesday night. They traveled to San Antonio and defeated the Spurs behind a 26-point triple-double from Luka Doncic.

The Mavs star continues to do impressive things on a nightly basis. He is leading the league with 13 triple-doubles this season. Doncic turns 21 on Friday. He has already accomplished a ton, and his best days are still ahead of him.

Luka’s incredible play often draws praise. From executives to players, people around the NBA love watching him and enjoy his brand of basketball.

Lakers forward Jared Dudley joined Zach Lowe on the Lowe Post podcast to discuss a myriad of topics including Kobe Bryant’s memorial. Fans can listen to the full episode here.

Dudley desires to team with Luka

Lowe asks Dudley to name a player that he dreams of teaming with. His immediate response is Luka Doncic. Dudley also states that “he is going to get star players to play with him” and compares his unselfish play to LeBron James.

It is massive praise from Dudley. He is a 13-year NBA veteran that has played with the likes of LeBron, Steve Nash, Shaq, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Chris Paul, Amar’e Stoudemire, and many other stellar players. Putting Luka as his top player to team with is incredible.

The discussion leads to Lowe revealing an interesting detail. He notes that multiple execs that he has spoken with have told him they fear Giannis coming to Dallas as a free agent to team up with Luka. That would make the Mavericks into a super team and push them into annual title contention.

Mavericks fans should check out the entire podcast. Dudley is candid and shares his thoughts on a plethora of interesting NBA topics.

Hopefully, Lowe and the execs he spoke to are forecasting the future. It would be amazing to see the Greek Freak come to Dallas and team up with Luka Doncic. Stay tuned as Giannis’ free agency approaches in the summer of 2021.
