Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic was selected as an All-Star starter for the third time in the last four years on Jan. 26. It will be Luka’s fourth All-Star appearance, which is tied for the second-most in Mavs history behind Dirk Nowitzki’s 14. The 23-year-old has arguably been the best player in the league this season, and he does something historic nearly every time he takes the floor.
Doncic leads the league in scoring at 33.8 points per game, and he is shooting a career-high 49.8 percent from the field this season. Luka has been unstoppable and the best is still yet to come as the 23-year-old pushes for his first NBA MVP honors.

The NBA announced the ten starters and two captains on Thursday night, and the All-Star reserves will be revealed on Feb. 2. All 24 players will arrive in Utah not knowing which team they will play for.
