Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic has missed three consecutive games after injuring his heel in a victory over the Pelicans on Feb. 2, but the 23-year-old is close to returning. He re-joined his team in Los Angeles, and signs are pointing up toward him playing this weekend.

The Mavericks face the Sacramento Kings on Friday night and Saturday. The back-to-back is massive in the standings as Dallas trails the Kings by just two games for third in the Western Conference. This is the first two of three meetings between the two teams this season. If the Mavs can pull off a road sweep, they will be third in West entering next week.

Will Luka face the Kings? Are fans going to get to see Doncic and Kyrie Irving as teammates for the first time? Here is a closer look at what to expect on Friday night in Sacramento.
