4. Boost: Upgrading at the power forward spot

The Dallas Mavericks' most reported rumor of this trade deadline is their interest in upgrading at the power forward position. The Mavs want to get bigger and add a player who can handle the ball, and this type of player would be a great fit.

The Mavs have little to no positional size, and adding a versatile four could take this team to the next level. The Mavs have shown interest in players like Kyle Kuzma and P.J. Washington, and either one of those players would make the Mavs considerably better.

Washington is the better defender of the two, but Kuzma has better size and is much better offensively. This season for the Wizards, Kuzma is averaging 21.8 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game. He can score at all three levels and is a great shooter off the catch, but Washington's defense could intrigue the Mavs more than Kuzma's offense.

Washington is averaging 13.4 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.9 steals, and 0.8 blocks per game while shooting 45.2 percent from the field and 34.8 percent from downtown. His stats aren't as great as they were last year, but this could give Dallas the perfect chance to buy low on him.

Both Kuzma and Washington would help Dallas, and only time will tell if they make a move for either one of them.
