Thing Dallas Mavericks must do to win Game 6 over Jazz: 1. Give Luka the keys

Luka was still working his way back in Game 4 after missing nearly two weeks of action with a calf strain. He found his stride in the third quarter of Game 5 where he exploded for 19 points on six of nine shooting from the field. Doncic put the exclamation point on the blowout victory and pushed the Mavericks within one game of advancing.

Last year, Dallas had two chances to knockout the Clippers in the first round. In Game 6, Doncic went for 29 points, 11 assists, eight rebounds, and four steals as his team fell just short. He came back with 46 points and 14 dimes in Game 7. It took two otherworldly performances from Kawhi Leonard to knockout the Mavericks in 2021. If Luka is that good in Game 6, the Jazz are going to be headed for Cancun.

Doncic is healthy and ready to lead his team on a deep playoff run. They need to give him the keys on Thursday night, and let him orchestra the knockout blow. Luka has been outstanding in his first 15 NBA playoff games, and another monster performances awaits on Thursday night.
