1. Stud - Luka Doncic

Every Dallas Mavericks fan knows how good Luka Doncic can be in the playoffs, and his Game 1 performance was one of the best on the team after an extremely slow start.

Doncic finished with 33 points, 13 rebounds, six assists, and one steal while shooting 11-26 from the field and 4-12 from downtown. He was settling for a couple of bad shots early in the game, but Doncic improved as the game went on as he was getting to his spots and getting to the free-throw line.

After the game, Doncic said the Mavs have to get back to playing like they were during the last 20 games of the regular season when the offense was rolling and he's absolutely right. The Mavs spent way too much time standing and watching on offense, and Doncic has to emphasize getting everyone else going.

This doesn't fall all on him, as role players got plenty of open looks, and everyone has to start moving more without the ball and run more of an offense. This team showed they can hang with the Clippers in the second half, and they have some momentum heading into the next game.

Dallas' chance to even the series at one game apiece is on Tuesday in LA.

For all the latest on the Dallas Mavericks as they battle the LA Clippers, stay tuned.
