Predicting the Dallas Mavericks 2023-24 record based on their schedule

The Dallas Mavericks released their 2023-24 schedule earlier this offseason. The Mavericks will have a very tough slate in front of them in order to get back to the playoffs after not making it last season.

The Western Conference isn't a walk in the park like the Eastern Conference is currently. Some of the teams that Dallas will have to go through are the Denver Nuggets, Golden State Warriors, Phoenix Suns, and Los Angeles Lakers.

Luckily, the Mavericks will have some teams that they should be able to easily beat, such as the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, Memphis Grizzlies, and others, bringing some balance.

They will also have to be ready for back-to-back games, as they have a lot of those this season as well. Last season, when the Mavericks had back-to-back games, you could tell the Mavericks were extremely exhausted on the back end of them. With how good the Western Conference is, they can't take a night off because they are tired from traveling.

In the next slides, I will break down the Mavericks' schedule month-by-month and predict which teams they will beat and lose to each month. Now this is a very early prediction and this could definitely change as the season goes along.
