6. Jerami Grant

The Jerami Grant to Dallas rumors started flying earlier this week, and he is one of the few players on this list who could turn the Dallas Mavericks into true NBA Finals contenders by himself. His ability to stretch the floor and play off the ball is extremely intriguing, and he would give the Mavs another dynamic scorer next to Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving.

This season for the Portland Trail Blazers, Grant is averaging 21.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.7 steals, and 0.7 blocks per game. Grant isn't as good as a rebounder as the Mavericks may desire, but his ability to knock down open shots is excellent.

Grant is shooting a career-high 41.7 percent from downtown this season. He continues to improve as a shooter over the years, and he would be a great fit in Dallas.

Other than shooting, Grant makes his presence felt on the offensive end of the floor by attacking the basket and scoring at the rim. He is also not a bad scorer with his back to the basket and has improved as a passer.

The only bad part about trading for Grant is his massive five-year, $160 million contract he just signed. That is a lot of money to have on your books for Grant, and trading for him could be a risk due to that.
