Dallas Mavericks star Kyrie Irving had a day on Twitter on Tuesday. First, he made headlines by following the Mavs on the platform, but the eight-time All-Star was not done there.

Irving rehashed a bit of history as he discussed the what-if of not injuring his ankle in the 2021 playoff against the Bucks. A series that the Nets narrowly lost in seven games, despite playing the final three without Kyrie. Milwaukee went on to win the championship that year, but Irving thinks it would have been Brooklyn if he was healthy.

The eight-time All-Star also called out Grizzlies head coach Taylor Jenkins for ripping his team’s maturity.

It was a day for Kyrie leading into a massive summer. The unrestricted free agent may have already played his last game with the Mavs. Where will he play next season? Re-signing him is the Mavericks' top priority, but it won’t be easy. Stay tuned for all the latest.
