1. Victor Wembanyama

Last rank: 1

Victor Wembanyama has all but secured his Rookie of The Year award with his recent play over the last two weeks. The French phenom managed to win the Western Conference Rookie of The Month for February and has only just begun to display his dominance.

Since the beginning of February, Wembanyama has been on an absolute tear. He hasn't just terrorized every team he has played, but he has also dominated in almost every game over the last few months. Wembanyama's Rookie of The Month award was just the beginning of what he can do on the court.

Just over two weeks ago, Wembanyama recorded one of the most insane stat lines against the Los Angeles Lakers. He became one of the first NBA players to record at least five stats in every major stat category. His stat line concluded with 27 points, ten rebounds, eight assists, five blocks, and five steals.

Since recording that crazy stat line in February, Wembanyama has gotten close multiple times to recording the same stat line. On March 3, Wembanyama recorded a 31-point double-double, which also included six blocks against the Indiana Pacers.

It's safe to assume that the 20-year-old has all but locked up his case for the Rookie of The Year award. The Spurs will play the Golden State Warriors next for a chance to make it two wins in a row. For more updates on Victor Wembanyama and Dallas Mavericks basketball, stay plugged in.
