4. Brandon Miller

Last week's rank: 5

Despite falling in last week's ranking, Brandon Miller has rebounded and once again found himself in the top four.

Miller has continued to be an offensive weapon for the Charlotte Hornets. Last week was a struggle, but he's always been consistent on the offensive end. On Wednesday, Miller bounced back after a rough game the previous night with 15 points on 66 percent shooting from behind the arc.

Miller has looked like a promising young rookie for the Hornets despite his team's struggles. The Hornets failed to win more than one game in December, but they were without their star point guard, LaMelo Ball. Ball will be able to play for the first time in over a month for the Hornets tonight as they play the San Antonio Spurs.

Ball could be the missing piece for Miller, as he has been in dire need of a true point guard. While Ball was healthy, Charlotte not only won games, but Miller continuously had 20-point performances. Miller has proven to be a catch-and-shoot guy, so Ball could benefit Miller more than we think.

Charlotte will continue to play tough Eastern Conference opponents in the coming weeks, but fans will get a chance to watch Miller face off against rookie phenom Victor Wembanyama once again on January 19.

Miller will need a bounce-back week if he expects to remain in the top four but having LaMelo back from injury could be a huge factor.
