On Friday night, the Dallas Mavericks increased their winning streak to six games as they defeated the Sacramento Kings on the road for the second straight game. Both of these games were huge tests for the Mavs, and they showed their true colors in the wins.

Dallas' superstar duo of Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving was phenomenal in this game, as they combined for 56 points. The Kings couldn't stop them, and they continue to mesh at an elite level, constantly showing that they are a top duo in the NBA.

Doncic came up big for the Mavs as he hit a free throw to give the team a four-point lead with four seconds left in the fourth quarter. This ultimately all but guaranteed the Mavs the win, and what happened after this showed how fired up Doncic was.

If Doncic headed back to the Mavs bench, he was chirping at former Kings GM Vlade Divac, saying "he should've drafted me." Divac elected to draft Marvin Bagley III over Doncic with the No. 2 pick in the 2018 Draft, and this has been one of the biggest draft blunders of all time.

Doncic wasn't going to let Divac and the Kings forget about the massive mistake they made in the draft back in 2018, and the vibes from last night felt like a playoff game. Dallas won in both ways in this two-game series with Sacramento, as they blew them out once and won in the clutch once.

This epic taunt from Doncic at Divac and the Kings may be one of the most savage moments of Doncic's career, and he is impossible to stop when he plays angry and motivated. This is a great sign for the playoffs, and if Doncic can keep this level of play up, the rest of the league will be in trouble.

Dallas has been the most clutch team in the NBA this season, and that was a massive change from last season. The Mavs could seemingly never close out games in the clutch last season, and their ability to win close games this season has been a reason that they've been so dominant.

Dallas' next game is tomorrow night against the Houston Rockets. The Rockets and Mavericks hold the two longest winning streaks in the NBA (six and 11 games in a row), and this is a must-win game for Houston considering how close they are to securing a spot in the Play-In Tournament.

For all the latest on Luka Doncic, Kyrie Irving, and the Dallas Mavericks for the final nine games of the regular season and the playoffs, stay tuned.
