How can Dallas Mavericks keep Luka Doncic for his entire career?

Dallas Mavericks must find ways to bring Slovenia to Luka Doncic
Doncic loves his home country. He represents them every chance that he gets in FIBA action, even when it is likely in his best interest to rest. Luka knows the entire country is counting on him, and he loves to play and win.
The Mavericks must find ways to bring little slices of home to Dallas. Owner Mark Cuban is already trying to do this by playing preseason games against Real Madrid, Luka’s second home, and traveling overseas in the preseason.
They should take on a few extra afternoon games each season, so Doncic can show off for his fans back in Europe. The Mavs need to get Luka’s father to the games whenever he wants and maybe try to find creative ways to incentivize European supporters to travel to Dallas to catch a game.
The franchise also has to let Luka Doncic represent his country whenever he wants. That is massively important to the 24-year-old superstar, and the Dallas Mavericks need to respect and support that. Yes, Doncic needs time to rest, but the Mavs are going to have to figure out how to create that around FIBA’s schedule too. Keeping LD happy means letting him play for Slovenia every summer.
