10. Olivier-Maxence Prosper

Heading into Olivier-Maxence Prosper's rookie season, rumors were floating around that sources close to the organization believed that he would have a role in the rotation on day one. The Mavs needed more size on the wing desperately, and Prosper was supposed to bring that and more.

It was clear during the early preseason that Prosper wouldn't be able to consistently contribute for the Mavs, and despite having some good games mixed in there, Prosper spent most of his rookie season in the G League.

Playing for the Texas Legends was huge for Prosper's development as he shot over 40 percent from downtown on the year and showed some promise in the Mavs' final two games as he got extended run.

This season for Dallas, Prosper averaged 3.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 0.6 assists per game while shooting 38.5 percent from the field and 28.9 percent from downtown. Prosper was not in the rotation for a massive chunk of the season, but he is definitely someone Jason Kidd could give minutes to next season.

He has the potential to develop into an elite role player one day, but he didn't develop as quickly as Mavs fans may have hoped for.

Prosper gets a C on the season due to his massive potential, but he was unplayable for most of the season. The comfortability in his game came along by the end of the season, and next year his game could see a huge jump.

O max grade. C. Tons of potential. Was excellent in the G League, but was unplayable at times in the NBA. Olivier-Maxence Prosper
