11. Josh Green

Josh Green signed a three-year contract extension right before the 2023-24 season began, but his performance this season has been just like his performance last season.

This season for Dallas, Green is averaging 8.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 0.8 steals per game while shooting 47.9 percent from the field and 38.5 percent from behind the 3-point line. Green has also missed 27 games this season due to an ankle sprain and an elbow sprain, and he is someone whose minutes go down once the playoffs hit if his play doesn't improve.

While Green remains one of the best shooters on the team and is always bringing energy and hustling, his game hasn't developed as much as expected this season.

His defense also hasn't been great, but the effort and energy is always there. The Mavs will likely use him to pick up full court in the playoffs, and Dallas needs him to provide solid minutes while also shooting efficiently from downtown.

Green continues to show flashes that he can be a good role player in Dallas for a long time, but it may continue to take some time. His inconsistency has been a concern for his entire career, but his shooting, athleticism, and hustle are big strengths heading into next year.

Green gets a C+ on the year, as injuries and inconsistency held him back. The potential is still there, but he is already entering his fifth season next year.

Still a good shooter and brings great energy. Injuries and inconsistency were concerns. Josh Green. Josh green grade. C+
