There will be plenty of reasons to watch even if the Mavericks do not make a selection. The rival Rockets and Spurs are both selecting in the top ten, and there will be plenty of trades during the event.

The NBA Draft is always a cannot miss event for fans, so here is a look at how to watch the festivities.

Dallas Mavericks NBA Draft 2022: How to watch

MFFLs can watch a Mavericks-specific stream on the team’s Twitch channel if they are interested. There are several other online options offering analysis of the selections on Thursday night.

Adrian Wojnarowski reported the first three picks on Thursday morning with Jabari Smith joining former Mavericks assistant coach Jamahl Mosley in Orlando, Chet Holmgren going to Oklahoma City, and the Rockets taking Paolo Banchero.

There will be plenty of intrigue at pick four, though. The Kings are rumored to be shopping the selection with Jaden Ivey the favorite to be taken. Where does Ivey end up?

What the New York Knicks do on draft night is something MFFLs should watch closely. They are rumored to be trying to create cap space to pursue Mavericks guard Jalen Brunson in free agency.
