The Dallas Mavericks are ready and excited for the new season. Superstar Luka Doncic is in shape and poised to make an MVP run with new head coach Jason Kidd emphasizing communication and defensive improvement. Can the Mavs jump into title contention this season?

Things are already underway after a second straight condensed offseason. The Mavericks have been back at practice for a week, and they held their annual Fan Jam on Sunday, which gave fans their first look at this year's team. Dallas starts their preseason slate on Wednesday when they host the Utah Jazz.

Fans have been wondering how they can watch the team’s preseason action, and they got their answer on Monday afternoon. Here is a look at the broadcast schedule for the four games.

The Mavs have four preseason games this year with two coming at home this week. Here is how fans can watch each contest.

Game 1: Oct. 6 vs. Utah Jazz at 7:30 p.m. CT- Bally Sports Southwest/NBA TV

Game 2: Oct. 8 vs. LA Clippers at 7:30 p.m. CT- Bally Sports Southwest

Game 3: Oct. 13 at Charlotte Hornets at 5:30 p.m. CT- Bally Sports Southwest/ESPN

Game 4: Oct. 15 at Milwaukee Bucks at 7:00 p.m. CT- Bally Sports Southwest

Fans can also listen to the games on the Mavericks' new radio home 97.1 FM The Eagle or the Spanish broadcast on 99.1 FM. Wednesday's game versus the Jazz is likely to be blacked out on NBA TV for the local audience, meaning fans in the Dallas area will have to watch on Bally Sports Southwest or head down to the American Airlines Center.

Yes, it is just preseason action, but fans should be tuning in. The games are a preview of how Jason Kidd is changing things up and what role Kristaps Porzingis is going to play this regular season. There will be plenty to watch and fans will likely get to see Luka Doncic put on a show too, so do not miss it.
