The Dallas Mavericks were blown out by the Utah Jazz for the second straight game on Jan. 29. Superstar Luka Doncic had 25 points, but the team was outplayed in Salt Lake City. That makes it four straight losses for the Mavs.

They return home to face the Suns on Saturday. Phoenix has lost four of their last six and will be without Devin Booker against the Mavericks. Can Dallas take advantage?

Fans can find out how and what to watch for as the Mavs host the Suns on Jan. 29.

Dallas Mavericks vs. Phoenix Suns injury updates

The Mavs are on the second night of a back-to-back, so they did not submit an official injury report. Maxi Kleber should be considered questionable for Saturday’s game. He has not played since Jan. 9 because of the NBA’s health and safety protocols. Fans should also monitor the status of Kristaps Porzingis in a back-to-back.

The Suns ruled out five players on the NBA’s official injury report. Devin Booker (hamstring), Dario Saric (health and safety), Cameron Payne (foot), Damian Jones (health and safety), and Ty-Shon Alexander are all out on Saturday night.

Dallas Mavericks vs. Phoenix Suns storyline to follow: Luka going off

Luka Doncic was upset on Friday night. The Mavericks lacked energy and were outplayed in every facet by the Jazz. The 21-year-old superstar has no plans on making that a trend. Expect him to go off for a monster performance against the Suns. Luka wants to snap the Mavs losing streak. There is no better way than producing a massive triple-double.

The Dallas Mavericks need to get back on track. Fans will not want to miss Saturday’s game because both teams are searching for their identity. Hopefully, Luka Doncic and company find it on Jan. 29 and walk away with a massive win. Do not miss it.
