Luka Doncic goes off in third quarter as Dallas Mavericks dominate Hornets

Luka capped his 16-point third quarter with this 3-pointer to push the Mavericks to a 14-point lead.
The Mavericks superstar had 32 points, 12 rebounds, eight assists, two steals, and four blocks after three quarters in Charlotte. His defense was impressive versus the Hornets as the Mavericks were dominating the action heading into the final quarter.
Doncic returned with 6:20 left in the fourth to help the Mavs put the finishing touches on their sixth win of the season. The Mavericks superstar finished with 34 points, 13 rebounds, nine assists, two steals, and career-high four blocks in 35 minutes of action. Luka looked unstoppable as he finished 14 of 25 from the field on Jan. 13. The Mavs outscored Charlotte by 14 during his time on the floor.
The Dallas Mavericks are back in action on Friday night against the Milwaukee Bucks. It will be a massive showdown between Luka Doncic and two-time reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo. Fans will not want to miss it, so stay tuned.
