Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Doncic took a massive leap during his sophomore season. He finished fourth in MVP voting and became an unquestioned superstar. Luka’s points, rebounds, and assists skyrocketed as he led the Mavs back to the playoffs for the first time since 2016.

Dallas faced the LA Clippers in the first round of the postseason. The underdog Mavericks had them on the ropes, but an ejection and injury to Kristaps Porzingis shifted the series. Fans will never forget Doncic’s magical performance and game-winning buzzer-beater in Game 4, but it was not enough to top the Clippers.
