When the Mavs second-round selection came up, Tyrell Terry was too good to pass up. The 20-year-old may be the best shooter in the class. Terry slipped into the second round because of questions about his size. He was listed at 6’1 and 160 pounds during his lone season at Stanford. He reportedly grew two inches and added 20 pounds during the hiatus, but that still gives him a slight frame for an NBA guard. The Mavericks believe he can transform into Seth Curry during his prime. Dallas was ecstatic when he slipped into round two because they had a first-round grade on him.
