The Dallas Mavericks have wrapped up their eight seeding games from Orlando. Things did not go as planned. Luka Doncic and the Mavs wanted to move up in the standings as they prepared for their playoff run. Instead, Dallas finished with three wins in eight tries. That left them seventh in the Western Conference.

Luka did not disappoint, though. The 21-year-old averaged 30.0 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 9.7 assists in 35.5 minutes per over his seven games played in the bubble. The Mavericks rested him on the first night of a back-to-back set against the Jazz. Doncic had a bit of extra burst in Orlando, and he certainly put on a show. He had three triple-doubles and a 40-point game.

The NBA decided to release awards from the seeding games. Luka was named to the First Team. He was one of three unanimous selections. See the rest of the best five below.

Damian Lillard took home Seeding Games MVP after willing the Trail Blazers into the play-in round. He was unstoppable in Orlando. Lillard averaged over 37 points per over his eight seeding games.

Kristaps Porzingis nabbed a spot on the All-Seeding Games Second Team. Both Mavericks have played well in the bubble so far.
