Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic should win Bubble MVP

The Dallas Mavericks came to Orlando for the season’s restart looking to move up in the standings and go on a deep playoff run. Things have not gone as planned so far. The Mavs have dealt with some bad luck and tough breaks inside the bubble. They have won just three of their seven seeding games and are locked into seventh in the Western Conference. Luka Doncic has not disappointed, though.

The 21-year-old superstar continues his outstanding play. The time off allowed him to get healthy and improve his game. Doncic looks quick and continues to wow fans on a nightly basis. He scored 25 points against the Blazers on Aug. 11. That was his lowest-scoring game in Orlando thus far.

Luka Doncic cannot be stopped. Mavericks Coach Rick Carlisle may be the only person capable of doing it. Luka only played in six of the team’s seven games because the Mavs rested him in the first of a back-to-back set against the Jazz. Nothing has kept him from going off in every other game, but has he been the best player in the bubble so far?
