Dallas Mavericks: 5 free agency options to scout at NBA Disney

Free agency options for Dallas Mavericks to scout at NBA Disney: 1. Danilo Gallinari
Many expected the Thunder to trade Danilo Gallinari this season, but they surprisingly are in contention. Oklahoma City sits fifth in the Western Conference coming into Orlando. The Thunder have a playoff spot locked up, but their seeding could change during the first eight games in Orlando.
Gallinari is averaging 19.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.1 assists in 30.7 minutes per game this season. He shoots 43.9 percent from the field and 40.9 percent on his 3-point tries. The 6’10 forward would give Dallas an elite shooter and scorer to pair with Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis.
There is some risk in signing the 31-year-old. Gallinari will be in for a significant payday. He signed a three-year $65 million deal the last time he was on the market. Gallo has an injury history too. He has not topped 70 games played in a season since 2013.
Gallinari would be a fantastic fit in Dallas. Expect the Mavericks to keep an eye on him during NBA Disney.
