Dallas Mavericks received the schedule of their eight seeding games in Orlando

The Dallas Mavericks are one of 22 teams taking part in the NBA’s restart. Each will play eight seeding games to kick things off. Then, there will be a play-in for the final postseason berth in each conference as long as the ninth-seed is within four games. That will be followed by the traditional four rounds of playoffs featuring seven-game series.

The Mavericks are ecstatic about the plan. They have eight games to move up in the Western Conference. Dallas is also virtually guaranteed a playoff spot in the format. Fans can read more about why it is the perfect plan for Dallas here.

The Mavs will be without Dwight Powell, Jalen Brunson, Willie Cauley-Stein, and Courtney Lee during the NBA’s restart. They agreed to a deal with Trey Burke. Dallas will have 14 healthy players in Orlando unless they make another move.
