See Dallas Mavericks guard Tim Hardaway Jr. playing youth basketball with his dad providing some commentary
Dallas Mavericks guard Tim Hardaway Jr. has a special bond with his father. Senior was a five-time All-Star that played 14 seasons in the NBA. It allowed THJ to grow up in locker rooms around the league. That time plus a role model help him realize his own basketball dreams.
Hardaway Jr. is in the midst of a career year with the Mavericks. They helped him unlock his shooting stroke. THJ is the team’s third scorer while connecting on 40.7 percent of his 3-point attempts.
The transformation has fans wondering about his player option for next season. Will he leave Dallas for a multi-year payday? Or does Hardaway Jr. opt-in for nearly $19 million? Time will tell.
