Every team will play at least eight times at Disney World. There will be a play-in for the last spot in each conference followed by the traditional playoffs. Play will go until Oct. 13 if the NBA Finals has seven games.

The league is keeping the moratorium. That means players will not be able to officially sign until Oct. 23. Important negotiations need to go on before mid-October. The salary cap must be set.
