Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic will put on a show with two fantastic performances from this season replaying on Fox Sports Southwest on May 19.

The Dallas Mavericks are not playing right now. Fans miss Luka Doncic and the team. The NBA season is suspended because of the novel coronavirus. Games are expected to return this summer, but the league is still working on the plan. Everyone wants to see a champion crowned in 2020.

Fox Sports Southwest is trying to cure the itch of Mavericks fans. The played all 16 playoff wins from the team’s 2011 championship over the last month. Now, they are going back to some top games from this season.

There are two on tap for Tuesday. First, the Mavs take on the Suns from Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. Immediately following, they battle the Warriors from Dec. 28.

Why watch

Luka Doncic has scored a career-high 42 points in one game. He set it on Nov. 18 against the Spurs. The young superstar matches it against the Suns. He narrowly misses a triple-double in one of the best games of his career. That alone should be reason enough to tune in.

Tim Hardaway Jr. also has a massive performance. He hits six 3-pointers on his way to 26 points in Phoenix. It is a high scoring affair that fans will want to watch again.

The second game Fox Sports Southwest is airing on May 19 may be the Dallas Mavericks’ best game of the season. They score 141 points against the Golden State Warriors. Luka Doncic has a 30-point triple-double in just 30 minutes of action. The Mavs shot 52.2 percent for the entire game. It was incredible.

D’Angelo Russell fires back for the Dubs. He drops 35 points and hits nine 3-pointers in an attempt to keep his team in the game. It does not work, though.

Mavericks supporters should tune in and enjoy the games. Hopefully, we can get excited about live-action soon. Until then, watching Doncic dominate will have to do.
