Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic finished with 38 points, but the Mavs struggled in the fourth quarter as the Spurs picked up the victory on March 10.

The Dallas Mavericks traveled to San Antonio to face the Spurs on Tuesday night. It was a one-game road trip and the first of a back-to-back set for the Mavs. They return home to face the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday evening.

The Mavericks got off to a fast start in San Antonio. They were looking for a season series sweep with a win. The Mavs blew a fourth quarter lead as the Spurs grabbed a 119-109 victory. LaMarcus Aldridge led the way for San Antonio with 24 points, three steals, and four blocks.

Luka Doncic was the man of the night for the Mavericks. He finished with 38 points, seven rebounds, eight assists, and two steals in 36 minutes of action. Doncic was 13 of 26 from the field and made six 3-pointers. It was a strong performance after the 21-year-old entered the game as questionable with a wrist injury. Luka had it taped up, but it did not slow him down.
