The Dallas Mavericks have played the last three games without Luka Doncic. The star point guard injured his ankle in practice on Jan. 30. The team ruled him out for at least six games when he suffered the sprain.
The Mavs have performed well in his absence. They won two straight games including Monday’s 112-103 victory over the Indiana Pacers. Kristaps Porzingis has caught fire, and they are using team-efforts to grabs the W’s without Luka.
The Mavericks are optimistic Doncic will return before the All-Star break. He was named an All-Star starter this season. They want him to have the experience of playing in the game. The 20-year-old is more than deserving of the honor as he produced MVP numbers all season.

Jimmy Butler had a massive game against his former team on Feb. 3. He finished with 38 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and three steals in 29 minutes in a victory over the Sixers. It was an incredible performance that included hitting 14 of his 20 field goal attempts.
