Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic produced his fifth triple-double of the young season against the New York Knicks on Nov. 14. See the highlights here.
The Dallas Mavericks traveled to Madison Square Garden for an emotional game against the New York Knicks on Nov. 14. The Knicks just picked up a win in Dallas last week but were struggling on the year. It was also a reunion game for Kristaps Porzingis.
Knicks fans made KP feel it on Thursday evening. He was booed every time he touched the ball. Knicks supporters were chanting negative things about him all night as well. It was an emotional evening.
Ultimately, the Knick sent the Mavericks back to Dallas with a 106-103 loss. Porzingis had a double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds including a few highlight plays, but Luka Doncic was the star of the show for the Mavericks.
5th triple-double
Doncic had his fifth triple-double in 11 games this season. He finished with 33 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists, three steals, one block, and three turnovers in 36 minutes of action. That included an impressive scoring outburst where Doncic produced 15 points in the final 3:33 of the third quarter. Fans can see that run below.

The Dallas Mavericks did not get the result they wanted on Thursday. Losing to the Knicks in heartbreaking fashion stinks, but all the Mavs can do is move on. They face the defending champion Toronto Raptors at home on Saturday. Hopefully, the Mavs get back in the win column.
Luka Doncic had another masterful performance, though. The 20-year-old is truly special. Mavericks fans cannot wait to see what he can do next. Stay tuned.
