Storyline to follow: How to stop Allen

The Nets feature one of the most talented rosters in Vegas. They are bringing Jarrett Allen who started 80 regular season games for the team last season. What Allen is going to gain playing in summer league is unclear. The Nets did add DeAndre Jordan in free agency, so perhaps the 6’11 center needs to dominate summer league to keep his starting gig.

The Mavs will likely use some combination of Shayne Whittington, Youssou Ndoye, and Kostas Antetokounmpo to slow down Allen on Friday.

Brooklyn’s roster also features Rodions Kurucs. He played 63 games last season and averaged over 20.5 minutes per game. Mavericks fans can see the Nets entire squad here.
