Dallas Mavericks supporters cannot get enough Dirk Nowitzki. The future first ballot Hall of Famer announced his retirement at the end of the season, but he is still the face of the Mavs. Fans will always love the Tall Baller from the G.
The Texas Rangers hosted Dallas Mavericks Night on June 5. They were celebrating their basketball counterparts. Dirk was naturally the choice to throw out the first pitch and lead the festivities. Here is a look at the events from the entertaining evening.

Dallas fans know that the Texas Rangers are heading to a new ballpark next season. Dirk got the honor of removing the number from games remaining at Globe Life Park spot.

Nowitzki also said he visited the team’s facility on Wednesday morning. He is still not working out, though. Dirk is enjoying his retirement. Keep living it up Dirty.
Do not expect him to be back in uniform, but Nowitzki will be part of the Mavericks organization in some fashion soon.
