The Dallas Mavericks host the struggling Washington Wizards on Tuesday, Nov. 6, and here is how fans can watch that contest.

The Dallas Mavericks wrap up a brief two-game homestand on Tuesday night against the Washington Wizards.  It is hard to say it is a must-win only ten games into the season, but tonight feels like one.  The Mavs have lost six straight and play again on Wednesday in Utah.

A loss against the Wizards likely runs their losing streak to eight games after visiting Utah on the second of a back-to-back.  The talk of things spiraling out of control would reach a fever pitch at that moment.

Washington is also struggling this season.  They feature former All-Stars in John Wall, Bradley Beal, and Dwight Howard, but have just two wins in nine attempts.  The Wizards have been beaten by double-digit points in four of their last six games.  The Mavs need to get back on track, and the Wiz may be the matchup they need to do so.

Here is how to watch the Nov. 6 contest between the Dallas Mavericks and the visiting Wizards.

Start Time

Tuesday’s game begins at 8:30 p.m. ET or 7:30 p.m. local time inside the American Airlines Center.

How to watch

The national audience returns as the Mavs vs. Wizards is on NBA TV.  Fans in the Dallas local market still have to watch on Fox Sports Southwest-Dallas.  For viewers in Washington, the game is on NBC Sports- Washington.

Watch online

Fubo TV is the recommended place to watch online.  It features NBA League Pass and all your favorite networks.

Local fans can watch in Dallas on Fox Sports Go, and Washington watchers have the NBC Sports App.

Matchup to follow- Luka Doncic vs. Otto Porter Jr.

The Wizards will likely throw their best defender at Luka Doncic.  That is Otto Porter Jr. who is struggling out of the gate this season.  All his numbers are down, and a toe injury may be the cause.  He missed Washington’s last game but is probable to play on Tuesday.

Luka Doncic is questionable with an ankle injury, so monitor his status before tipoff.

It will be interesting to see what changes the Mavericks make after having a few days to practice.  They should put the ball in Luka’s hands more, but no word on that being the case.

Final thoughts

The matchup against the Washington Wizards creates plenty of intrigue for Dallas Mavericks fans.  Dennis Smith Jr. will guard John Wall this evening.  That puts Wesley Matthews on Bradley Beal and Dwight Howard against DeAndre Jordan.  It should be an exciting game in Texas on Tuesday.
