The Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets are set for a first round date after not seeing each other in the postseason for ten seasons.
Below are some numbers from the regular season that could transition into this Texas Showdown. (All numbers, unless noted, will pertain to series averages against each other).

The amount of times these two teams faced each other with their current playoff rosters. In that lone meeting, the Rockets won 108-101 in Dallas.

James Harden leads the season series in scoring with his 24.8 points per game. Shockingly that his below his season average of 27.4.

Monta Ellis‘s average against Houston. He leads all Mavs. Dirk Nowitzki is second with 14.5 in four games.
