2. Chet Holmgren

Last rank: 2

While the OKC Thunder have been dominating during March and February, their rookie standout Chet Holmgren has returned to his early season form. Holmgren has been scoring the ball at an elite rate and has found his shooting touch once again.

In a game last week against the Utah Jazz, Holmgren dominated and led his team in scoring with 35 points in the winning effort. Holmgren couldn't miss down low, which led to him getting a ludicrous amount of foul calls.

While Holmgren would finish the night off with 35 points, he would go 10-12 from the free-throw line and grab 14 rebounds. Since that game, the Thunder have only lost one game to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Since Holmgren's breakout performance against the Jazz, he has failed to have the same impact he did but has still managed to have some respectable games. In the Thunder's last win against the New Orleans Pelicans, Holmgren finished with 16 points and nine rebounds.

Additionally, Holmgren recorded two blocks in the win over the Pelicans including an impressive block at the rim on high flyer Trey Murphy III.

Holmgren has become an integral part of the Thunder's success, and come playoff time, his skills will be shown on full display. Trusting a rookie to anchor down your defense is no easy task, but Holmgren seems more than capable of stepping up to the plate and delivering in the biggest moments.
