3. Brandan Wright - 22.6
Brandan Wright was a staple for the Dallas Mavericks off the bench for a couple of years after their 2011 NBA Finals run, and his importance to those teams has been forgotten as the years have gone on. Wright played for the Mavs from 2011 until he was traded in the middle of the 2014-15 season, and he was one of their most consistent players off the bench.
As a Maverick, Wright averaged 8.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 0.5 steals, and 1.2 blocks per game while shooting 64.4 percent from the field. Wright was a monster in the pick and roll for the Mavs, and he was an elite lob threat. As long as the point guard put the ball somewhere near the rim, Wright would typically throw down a nasty slam.
His athleticism was out of this world, and he was also a good instinctual rebounder who was good at tracking the ball off the rim and finishing put-back attempts. Defensively, Wright was a great shot blocker from the help side or as the primary defender. He feared no one and was never afraid to get dunked on.
Wright was an elite big off the bench for the Mavs, and he played 198 games and started 16 games in Dallas. His numbers took a dip after leaving the Mavs, and his last year in the NBA was the 2017-18 season.
