10. Michael Finley - 17.7
Michael Finley played for the Dallas Mavericks from 1996 until 2005, and he was one of the more underrated Mavericks from the early portion of Dirk Nowitzki's career.
In 626 games for Dallas, Finley averaged 19.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 1.2 steals per game while shooting 44.6 percent from the field and 37.6 percent from downtown. He started in every game but six as a Maverick, and he was a two-time All-Star as a member of the Mavs.
Finley could score at all three levels, and he was elite from the mid-range. When Finley wasn't knocking down mid-range jumpers off the dribble, he would aggressively attack the rim and was a relentless finisher. Finley was a strong dunker when driving to the bucket, but he also had a deep bag of fancy finishes he would use.
Finley also had a solid post game that he used when smaller guards would try to guard him, and his all-around offensive game was loved by Mavericks fans during his entire tenure in Dallas.
Finley was waived by the Mavs in 2005 and joined the San Antonio Spurs, but his impact was never the same. His years in Dallas were undoubtedly the best of his career, and now he works in the Mavs' front office as the Vice President of Basketball Operations.
