21. Chandler Parsons - 16.3

Chandler Parsons was a fan favorite for the Dallas Mavericks for some of his tenure in Dallas from 2014 until 2016 and he will always be remembered for signing with Dallas rather than returning to the Houston Rockets.

As a Maverick, Parsons averaged 14.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 0.9 steals per game while shooting 47.5 percent from the field and 39.5 percent from downtown. Parsons was a crucial piece of the Mavericks' starting unit during the two seasons that he was on the squad, and his all-around scoring was a good fit in Dallas during these veteran years of Dirk Nowtizki's career.

Parsons was known for his ability to light up the scoreboard from downtown, but his pump fake was one of the best in the NBA. He would often get defenders to jump with his pump fake and he would either drive all the way to the rim for a slam or pull up for a mid-range jumper. He had great athleticism and threw down posterizing dunks often.

He was a crafty three-level scorer next to Nowitzki and Monta Ellis, but his career quickly went downhill after he left the Mavs. Parsons never averaged more than eight points per game after leaving Dallas and his injuries forced him to retire officially in 2022.

Parsons was a fun player for a few years and it was sad to see injuries derail his career.
