3 Trade destinations that make sense for Mavericks' Josh Green, 3 that don't

3. Doesn't make sense: Chicago Bulls

Just like the Portland Trail Blazers, the Chicago Bulls already have so many solid guards. This could lead them away from trading for someone like Josh Green, but his ability to play on the wing could intrigue them enough to make a move for him.

Outside of Patrick Williams, Alex Caruso, and DeMar DeRozan, the Bulls don't have the best depth on the wing. Green can hold his own on the wing and is a good defender, but just like the Mavs, the Bulls need size.

Green is just 6-foot-5, and the Blazers need a power forward more than they need a shooting guard.

I could see Green being involved in a trade between Dallas and Chicago if it was a trade that included Williams or Caruso, but there are so many other teams around the league that Dallas seems more likely to trade with.

The Mavs haven't been linked to trade rumors of anyone on the Bulls yet, although Williams could be someone who fills the Mavs' need at the power forward spot. This season for the Bulls, Williams is averaging 10 points, four rebounds, 1.5 assists, 0.8 blocks, and 0.9 steals per game. He would be a great fit to give the Mavs some depth on the wing, and his potential looks promising.
