By Noah Weber
Dallas Mavericks wing Reggie Bullock bought a five-acre island in Belize last summer and has ample plans for it going forward.
The originally proclaimed "Bullock Caye" is now called "Bullock Island", and things seem to be moving forward fast. Bullock posted a video on Instagram of the updates of the heart-shaped island, and the features of the island are breathtaking.
This video features a man riding a jet ski through the channels of the island. The water is crystal clear and the vibes seem to be immaculate.

Bullock is pumped up about this island, and it seems like it will be a great vacation spot. He is building a resort on the island along with Bullock Mansion.
Bullock Mansion will be near the resort and feature a private beach and pool.
Bullock's hopes are high for Bullock Island as he wants it to be a spot for families to have fun and enjoy the beautiful beaches and activities that Belize has to offer.
Along with jet skiing, Bullock plans to add several other fun excursions for guests to experience that will give them a rush. These excursions haven't been announced yet, but follow @BullockIsland on Instagram for any updates of the island and its activities. This island will be for people of all ages and from around the world.
Bullock has also made his presence felt outside of the resort in the country of Belize. He is giving back to communities and standing up for what he believes in. This is somewhere that Bullock holds close to his heart, and his charity work isn't going unnoticed in those communities.
Bullock is entering his third season with the team and is coming off a season in which he averaged 7.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game. He also played 30.3 minutes per game, setting a career-high for minutes played per game in a season. He is a crucial player for the Mavericks as he is a good shooter and defender, and Dallas will need him to continue his high level of play next season.
Bullock Island is expected to open in the summer of 2024 and will be a fun spot for anyone to visit.
