3. Nikola Vucevic

Another big man who could help solve the Mavs' woes is Nikola Vucevic. The Bulls' center is a two-time all-star who continues to perform at a high level. This season, Vucevic is averaging 17 points per game, 10.5 rebounds, and shooting 46.6 percent from the field.

One thing that stands out about Vucevic is his ability to attack the glass. Defensively, he can use his power and length to protect the rim. He does specifically well on the defensive end. Vucevic has a career average of 8.0 rebounds per game. This is similar to his current average of 7.9. His production is a step up from the Mavs' other big man.

Another highlight about Vucevic is he can score a double-double on any night. During January, he scored a double-double in six of his eight games. He had one of his best against the Mavs in November when he poured in 21 points, 20 rebounds, and two steals.

He is also terrific at spacing the floor. He may not be the best 3-point shooter, but he is respectable when he has the ball on the perimeter. Vucevic can read the floor through his high IQ as he can find the open man cutting to the basket.

If Dallas were to add Vucevic, he would be a great asset alongside rookie Dereck Lively II. His contract would be tricky, but it doesn't mean Dallas can't take a look at him.
