4. Brandin Podziemski

Last rank: 4

Brandin Podziemski has now spent multiple weeks inside the top five and has shown zero signs of slowing down despite his team's recent struggles.

Podziemski has fit perfectly alongside Stephen Curry and the Warriors starters. However, after a gruesome ankle sprain, Curry will now miss multiple weeks, and the Warriors' playoff hopes are now in danger.

Podziemski will have his plate full with the Warriors' current situation and will need to be one of the many who take over in the absence of their franchise player. Curry has been undoubtedly the Warriors' best player, so Podziemski will have his work cut out if he expects to stay afloat in the Western Conference.

Despite this horrible news to Warriors fans, Podziemski has managed to be one of the team's best game managers. However, Chris Paul is back and healthy, so he may need to direct his attention more to scoring.

Scoring has become one of Podziemki's few struggles in his rookie season, and these last five games are indicative of that. Podzismki has managed to score in the double-digits only once in his last five games.

Scoring will need to quickly become one of Podziemski's strong suits if the Warriors expect to remain in the driver's seat of the play-in race. As it currently stands, the Warriors find themselves in the tenth seed in the Western Conference and five games ahead of the Houston Rockets. The Warriors will play the San Antonio Spurs next.
