Starting guard: Jaden Hardy

Jaden Hardy would be another complementary starter adjacent to Luka Doncic. This may be a curveball because most fans expect Josh Green or Olivier-Maxence Prosper. However, Hardy's numbers faired well in the starting lineup.

He averaged 21.2 points, five rebounds, and 3.2 assists in five games as a starter last season. During his most recent start, Hardy had 25 points while shooting 47.8 percent from the field.

His offensive game would be a massive compliment next to Doncic as he excels off the ball.

Hardy is the type of player who can contribute big numbers offensively. As you saw in the video, he can find the open man when needed, knock down the three, and drive to the basket. His aggressiveness stands out, as he isn't afraid to finish through traffic.

During his time with the Texas Legends, he averaged 28.8 points on 54.6 percent shooting. He also shot 49 percent from behind the three-point line.

The problem is he struggles on the defense side of the ball. He either loses his assignment that he is guarding or leaves his man with too much space.

However, I think his offensive game and commitment to grow on the defensive side should not be overlooked. He could easily be the third scorer behind Doncic and Kyrie Irving.

Although Hardy starting seems extremely improbable, it would be fun to watch. Dallas would have three dynamic scorers in the starting lineup but would struggle too much defensively to make this happen.
